Underclass Players Of The Year

Underclass Players of the Year Harry Giles III, DeAndre Ayton and Marvin Bagley III made a tremendous impact this season and are selected the nation’s top players among juniors, sophomores and freshmen, respectively. The next end-of-season honors squad published with be the 21st Annual Grassroots Hoops All-American team.

Final 2014-15 POY Tracker

The final ballots are in and LSU-bound Ben Simmons is head and shoulders above 27 other national player of the year candidates. Tyler Dorsey, DeAndre Ayton, Ivan Rabb, Jaylen Brown, Skal Labissiere and fast-rising Cheick Diallo all receive second-place votes.

Belmont Shore (Calif.) takes the Invitational title of the fourth annual Pangos Spring Spectacular in Las Vegas with an unbeaten record. Graduating forward Horace Spencer of Findlay Prep (Henderson, Nev.) was named tournament MVP at event during first live weekend of Spring Evaluation Period.

Final, Expanded 2014-15 FAB 50 Rankings

All 50 ranked teams written up with explanations for why they were placed in these positions with comparisons to preseason ranking. The Grassroots Hoops FAB 50 is the official rankings of the National Sports News Service, which date back to the 1952 season. Montverde Academy of Florida is the 2014-15 mythical national champion, the first team to earn three consecutive No. 1 final rankings since the advent of weekly national polls in 1975-76.
